A focused look at representative residential, commercial and multifamily work, including transaction strategy, brokerage execution, leasing and property-level analysis.

Multifamily and Commercial Transactions

The examples below are selected completed transactions and are intended to show the range of property decisions TFI can help evaluate and execute. They are not a complete transaction ledger or a guarantee of future results.

Leasing, Operations and Assignment Experience

Ian's broader experience also includes commercial lease negotiations and renewals, property-management operations, underwriting and acquisition searches. The work has included:

  • Commercial leasing across office, retail and industrial properties, including new leases and renewals.
  • Co-management of more than 450 houses and direct management of approximately 250,000 square feet of retail, office and industrial property.
  • Direct management experience involving approximately 100 apartments and home, condominium and professional associations.
  • Multifamily acquisition searches and underwriting contexts involving approximately 400 units, together with office requirements around 150,000 square feet and industrial requirements around 500,000 square feet.
  • Larger development, capital-formation and institutional-scale assignment concepts ranging from approximately $200 million to $300 million and beyond.

These examples describe the type and scale of real-estate decisions considered, sourced or analyzed. They should not be read as a claim that every assignment became a completed transaction.

How to Read These Examples

Transaction size is only one part of the work. The assignment may involve sourcing, property and market analysis, underwriting, due diligence coordination, negotiation, leasing context, financing considerations, disposition strategy or coordination with the client's other professionals.

Some assignments begin with a market search, underwriting or feasibility question and do not necessarily become completed transactions. TFI describes completed transactions as completed and describes broader assignments by their actual scope.
