What This Assessment Evaluates
Investment readiness is not a score based on enthusiasm or net worth. It is your ability to connect an objective with a realistic capital plan, risk capacity, property or participation path, operating responsibility, and time horizon.
The form asks for broad ranges and preferences so TFI can identify whether the next step is early education, direct-property planning, acquisition representation, underwriting, or a more advanced investor conversation. It does not request documents or verify eligibility for any securities offering.
Investment Readiness Form
All required fields are marked. Provide broad ranges rather than exact account information. The form is submitted securely to TFI's inquiry workflow and is not a commitment by either party.
How to Interpret Readiness
Your response does not produce a pass-or-fail grade. It helps identify the next unresolved decision.
A person may need more education, stronger personal liquidity, a lender conversation, a narrower buy box, a property-management plan, tax or legal advice, or a detailed property analysis. Someone who is not ready to buy now may still be making the correct decision by improving the foundation first.
What Happens After Submission
TFI may use the information to determine whether the appropriate next step is educational guidance, a direct real estate advisory conversation, referral to a lender or another qualified professional, or the more detailed Investor Consultation Questionnaire.
Submitting the form does not create a brokerage, advisory, fiduciary, partnership, or investment relationship. Any future engagement requires separate agreement and, where applicable, formal offering or governing documents.
